If a player types /restart, they'll request to restart the server. If 75% of all players in the server request to restart, the server will restart.

This is why I only suggested this on Build.

Or just do /support restart, this could easily be abused if you had a large group of you just doing it on every server and getting it to restart.

Could easily be abused with alts

What if the server consists of one or two players?

And as he said, it could easily be abused with alts.

I like this idea, but at the same time it can be easily abused. Most of the time when you do /support someone will see it, the problem is just getting an Smod to do it, since not all the time they are on.

I think having mods the ability to restart on build may be a good idea (currently only Smods can), since pretty little harm can happen from someone rebooting a build server, unlike a pvp based server like WarZ.

I can see however big groups of people coming on, spamming trying to get servers to restart causing people to leave to another lobby, then there map won't load ect..

Maybe there could be a really long cooldown after a server is restarted or the minimum amount of people that need to request a restart have to be extremely high.

Maybe just have the server automatically restart when a gamespeed under 70% is reached for 30 seconds or something.

I am with this idea. It can not be abused if it is automatically rebooting.

I wonder though, is it safe to reboot automatically when there's a WE action? Will it be saved?

If the server is shutdown properly, everything built would be saved, but usually when Build servers restart you loose 2-5 minutes of work. But if you get back on immediately you can easily recover from that.

I would suggest alerting players before the restart happens so they have time to save whatever they are building.

    If only /save works qq

/save should be back since it only kicked people off of the map for like 10 seconds.

The problem was that people can't rejoin the map ^^

Good Idea but would lag the server more and also will be abused with powder from normal RANKS
