Rocket Launchers

    Ice Bear would like to see launchers as secondaries. Ice Bear assures that these won't be OP.

    AT4
    Deploy time 1.0 second
    Ammo 1 + 2 reserve
    Damage: Same as Grenade or slightly less
    Firerate: N/A (you have to reload between each shot
    Reload Time: 3 seconds
    Accuracy: is the same as AK's scoped and hipfire accuracy
    Explosion Radius: Same as Grenade

    The rockets projectile is the same as an AC 130 (wither skull) but as slow as a ghast fireball. Switching to this weapon takes time just like the tomahawk. The perks that go best with this is Scavenger or Danger Close.

    Stinger x2
    Deploy time 2.0 seconds
    Ammo 1 x 2 (1 per rocket launcher0
    Damage: 100 or enough to 2 shot a harrier
    Accuracy: Perfect
    This rocket launcher can only hit air targets and cannot damage players also it cannot be hipfired.

    When selecting this as your secondary you get two individual guns each with 1 rocket. Each rocket travels as fast as a normal bullet. This is meant for countering killstreaks only. It takes 2 to kill a Harrier or Attack Helicopter, 3 to kill a stealth bomber, 4 to kill a chopper gunner, and 5 to kill an AC-130

    I think this would be a handy secondary! I say go for it!

    Still looks much to overpowered to me. Imagine taking on a 4v1 and you kill all of them with little to no health and then from half way across the map, someome shoots a "grenade" with such accuracy (because it's the same as ak) that it kills you. This would ruin the game. If it was to be implemented the range would have to be nerfed along with damage. And then it's useless, so there is no real point imo. -1

    Imagine you did a 4v1 you kill all of them with little to no health and then someone from half way across the map shoots you with an AK and you die. Instead imagine you just did a 4v1 with full health left and you get one shot by a sniper that kills you. I don’t see much of a difference there. Using scenarios like this where you will always be frustrated regardless of what killed you is not a good argument. Also though it is as accurate as an AK as mentioned it travels as slow as a ghast fireball so for extreme ranges it’s efficeness is already reduced if you can’t see a bright red wither skull flying towards you going that slow then you probably deserve to die from it.

    I'm having flashbacks to the oooold War when the LAW was the most OP gun.... and it was a secondary.

    Law fired a lot faster but this one takes 3 seconds between each shot. Ice Bear is not sure about the grenade damage but the only way to one shot is a direct or near direct hit

    Let me put it like this then. Maps like killhouse will make a gun like that show it's true colours. Depending on what level you get this weapon there could be like 10 players spamming it into the other players spawn.

    Spawn protection is a thing, it fires every 3 seconds you only have 3 rockets total, in kill house 10 players spamming anything in spawn is annoying. 10 people spamming rockets in spawn isn’t much more annoying then 10 people spamming striker in spawn or even ACR. The argument you made can be applied to literally all weapons.

    Bullets and rockets have their differences. You could be behind a wall and get killed.

    That’s the main selling point of the rocket launcher but remember chances are you won’t be one shot unless it is a direct or near direct hit, you have to trade a 5-7 or other pistol for it, you won’t have a reliable secondary when you need to reload, and you are very limited on ammo. Sure, occasionally you will get killed behind a wall but because the ammo is so limited it will be pretty rare. I may compromise and make the deploy time 4 seconds to prevent quick swaps to it.
