    OK, this is gonna get a lot of hate, i don't care.

    when ranking up in MC-War the first two guns you unlock are burst, burst sucks, due to the low cycle rate and the fact that you can't have a selector switch like in COD. another thing is that you have to use tokens to unlock guns unlike cod, making it feel like a pay-2-win game, which is even against mojangs EULA (getting perks for donating) which will get you blacklisted. (guessing that happened due to the low player count)
    ALSO you must DONATE to get more class slots, great more micro-transactions, this really makes it pay-2-win.

    REWORKING AUTOMATIC RIFLE LEVELS
    the reworking would put at least one more automatic AR in the lower levels, so newer players don't have to play with horrible burst rifles

    Affects: more new people sticking with it, because they don't have to play with burst rifles for ever, yes there is the M16A1, lets face it, it sucks at range, and is very inaccurate.

    BUFFING BURST RIFLES
    the buff for burst rifles would mostly/only improve the damage, cycle rate (how fast it can burst) and how many rounds is bursted,

    Affects: making burst rifles harder to use (more skill oriented) but rewarding that skill with fast kills.

    REMOVING TOKENS
    the act of having to use tokens to unlock guns sucks, yes i know you need votes, but it makes the game feel way more unfair and like its pay-2-win.

    Affects: making tokens useful for crates, (special affects, death animations, or death sounds.) or just make them useful for buying skins or whatever

    basically i want this game to actually make me, or any other new person, to feel like we aren't just getting thrashed about because our guns are slow to kill.

    A new Hit reg bot would also be nice, the hitboxes are tiny

    Staff really need to address the hit recognition, half the time i'll head shot them and they'll faze through it.

    SHOTGUNS
    why do these suck so much? shotguns should be really good at close range and at short range, the shotguns need more spread, or an attachment that increases spread.

    overall these issues want to make me say bad things about this server, and leave it out right. the issues with HITREG and everything else that needs tuning really turns my off to this server, because its literally just dying over and over again with the winner being whose favored by RNG.

    at the end of the day this just leaves me more enraged, partly the fact that there are numerous issues and the fact it feels like its just rng.

    i can already see the comment; "you just want to change these because you're bad at the game.
    perhaps that may be, but only in this game, in pubg, i'm currently at ace tier with around 40 solo wins this season. in black ops 4 i had prestige(d) 6 times and am currently level 43. im basically half decent at about every game, given a few hours to learn the dynamics.

    Alright, so I read through your whole post and I'll mention that very recently a lot of guns were re-balanced to make the game more fair. The information on what was changed can be found here:

    The first thing I'll say is that being a low level does not mean you can't post ideas, give suggestions or have an opinion, but the more experience you have with the game it helps put things in perspective and this can influence your opinions.

    Upon logging into Mc-War for the first time, you have the Dragunov (a sniper) and the M4A1, an AR. The M4A1 is not burst firing and is actually a pretty good gun and is very useful for a variety of playing styles. You say that burst guns suck, which I can see and honestly the non-burst ARs are used far more widely than the burst ones, but that being said the FAMAS is a burst rifle and it's pretty good. It is unlocked reasonably early in the game (before level 18) and is usable in a Global Loadout.

    Regarding the credits you use to buy the weapons - I fail to see how this is pay to win because you don't actually pay real money to get credits, you get them for playing the objective and getting kills. Also you have to play to level up in order to be able to buy the weapons so you can't just come in having paid and have all of the guns.

    The extra class slots are convenience from a rank. Ranks make the game more convenient. It takes no more than 10-20 seconds to fully change a loadout and you have plenty of time to do this at any point. Having extra slots is not an unfair advantage in any way.

    As I've said, you don't even need to level up or buy the M4A1, you have it when you start and it is not a burst rifle, it's actually good. I agree the M16A4 is a little weak but it's not terrible.

    Burst rifles already do tonnes of damage. They possibly could use a slight buff of cycle rate but in my opinion they are fine as they are. Also, giving them more damage, faster cycle rate and more rounds does not make them harder to use, it would make them much easier to the point where they'd be abused badly.

    As I said you get credits from playing the game and there are no guns that you can buy with anything other than credits so I don't see how that's pay to win. The ideas you suggested might be cool and could be something we look into adding but there is no aspect of pay to win in buying guns with credits.

    As with any game, there are some guns which are kind of bad that not many people like to use, and there are better ones. A lot of the guns you have at low levels aren't actually bad though, for example the M4A1, MSR, Dragunov, and some of the guns that everyone can use from the Global Classes, FAMAS, Striker. All of these guns are very usable and pretty easy to get the hang of.

    The hit-reg has always been a bit of a problem for a lot of people, but I personally don't think it's that bad. Sometimes there are really bad instances which it really looks like someone should have been shot but lag or gun accuracy can account for errors sometimes.

    The amount of damage that each individual bullet does on a shotgun means that for them to be effective at all the burst needs to be relatively tight. Shotguns aren't bad, Striker is probably one of the better guns in the game and Ranger also is pretty decent.

    Also stats in other games have no impact on this game and it's kind of irrelevant to bring those up.

    Those are good points, i still feel like the M4A1 is hot trash, the shots are all over the place and it can easily be outranked by burst rifles, or other rifles.

    it would also be nice to see random spawns in maps, so that there isn't much spawn camping, and you can actually play.

    M4A1 is my gun of preference until I unlock ACR (which is at level 46) and it is the general consensus that it's a good gun so I don't know why you think it's so bad, it really isn't.

    Spawncamping is a bit of a problem, but it's one we're trying to address because we understand it ruins the game.

    When you say tokens, do you mean the tokens earned from daily, monthly and voting rewards?

    Ice Bear says that Pay2Win means that you pay irl money to gain an unfair advantage over others. The credit system that Mcwar uses is not pay2win and considering how easy credits are to get it isn't a problem anyways. If you are referring to the rewards tokens then that itself isn't pay2win because it is completely free and no irl money is involved. Low level players get 2 of the best guns in the game the M4A1 and the MSR. Ice Bear says that the M4A1 is not hot garbage and can easily compete with the high level guns due to its high fire rate. Ice Bear recommends you play the game more before you pass judgment on what guns are good and what guns aren't. Ice Bear is not trying to be hostile but Ice Bear wants you to make an informed opinion when it comes to balancing.
