    Howdy, let's go over some of the BIG updates that have happened on Wild West recently!

    Economy:
    • Diamond helmet price changed from 3700 to 2900
    • Diamond chestplate price changed from 14500 to 10000
    • Diamond leggings price changed from 10000 to 6500
    • Diamond boots price changed from 4500 to 3200
    • Carcano price changed from 6300 to 2300
    • T-Gewehr price changed from 13000 to 9500
    • Sawed-Off price changed from 7300 to 5300
    • Model 1894 priced changed from 6000 to 8000
    Ore Processing:
    • Emerald processing time changed from 2.5 seconds to 2 seconds
    • Diamond processing time changed from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds
    • Gold processing time changed from 1.5 seconds to 1.25 seconds
    • Iron processing time changed from 1.25 seconds to 1 second
    • Coal processing time changed from 1 second to 0.75 seconds
    Sheriffs:
    • Default sheriff armor now has Protection I
    • Kevlar prices are now displayed on the book in the GUI
    • Kevlar helmet price changed from 4500 to 1200
    • Kevlar chestplate price changed from 5800 to 3000
    • Kevlar leggings price changed from 5500 to 2500
    • Kevlar boots price changed from 4100 to 1000
    • Receive more money per drug found on inspection
    • Receive more money per illegal weapon found on inspection
    Indian Bows
    • Damage increased by 50%
    • Now has 25% chance of dazing a player (randomizes the player's pitch and yaw)
    Heads
    • Sheriff heads can now be sold. 1000 as a base price. Increases by 50% depending on arrests in that life
    • Bandit heads are now worth 20% more gold than they were previously
    Usable Items:
    • Length of effects from morphine increased to 30 seconds from 10 seconds
    • Length of effects from whiskey increased to 30 seconds from 10 seconds
    Mines
    • You can no longer be attacked in mines
    Chests
    • Added diamond armor to loot table
    • Added molotovs to the loot table
    • All armor now spawns with random durability
    • Fixed amount of items that would spawn in chests (eg: 1 pistol ammo would spawn before, amount is now correct)
    Tracker:
    • Removed bandit tracker
    • Limit rogue tracker to 500 blocks

    Rogue Tracker

    • Unlimited range once again. Limiting the rogue tracker ruins this balance between the risk reward factor in rogue, so I've made it unlimited once again
    Heads


    • Sheriff head value changed. Base value is now 250 G, and it is raised depending on how long the sheriff was alive for.
    Other


    • Fixed bug where you could take damage in towns

    General

    • Removed armor penetration on all guns
    LeMat Revolver

    • Damage changed from 2 to 5 per bullet
    Volcanic Pistol
    • Damage changed from 5 to 6 per bullet
    Mauser C96
    • Damage changed from 6 to 7 per bullet
    S&W Revolver
    • Damage changed from 8 to 9 per bullet
    Carcano
    • Damage changed from 8 to 12 per bullet
    T-Gewehr
    • Damage changed from 15 to 19 per bullet
    Repeater
    • Damage changed from 17 to 21 per bullet
    Blunderbuss
    • Damage changed from 2 to 3 per bullet
    • Bullets per shot increased from 4 to 5
    Model 1894
    • Damage changed from 2 to 4 per bullet
    Sawed-Off
    • Damage changed from 4 to 8 per bullet
    Coach Gun
    • Damage changed from 2 to 3 per bullet

    **NOTE**
    To anyone who doesn't know or understand what armor penetration is, it basically just ignores whatever armor you have on and damages you regardless.

    For example: If a pistol has an armor penetration of 1, you WILL lose 1 heart from that pistol no matter what armor you have on.

    I removed it because I have a feeling to believe that it causes the mysterious OSK glitch. Although I'm not 100% certain that it causes it, it'd be worth to try out anyways considering that the concept of armor penetration is kinda dumb imo.

    • One shot kill glitch has been fixed, that is all

    I like all of these change. Sheriffs can no longer track you everywhere you go so I'm all for the sheriff buffs as well.

    Economy: I wasn't for but ok.

    Ore processing: Nice!

    Sheriffs: I was for these buffs and Kevlar prices, but the percentage was too little (33%) to introduce it, fine for me, but for other... heh.

    Indian Bows: Wild West became more interesting with this feature.

    Heads: That's fine and well... I'd got heads from all sheriffs beside @crazybombguy (and a little staff) before the update was introduced. Now I can't get his pure head. :frowning:

    Usable Items: Morphine heals better as I see, another interesting feature in fights.

    Mines: I don't get to believe that it got featured, I used to see votes keeping below 50%. I'd agree for one mine that would have only coal and iron, but making Wild West something like this? This is absurd!

    Chests: Everything fine for me beside diamond armor in chests, I hope they have very low durability or they're rare (in proportion to each other).

    Tracker: I will miss times where 3 people from VK were hunting for me once I became rogue. @Verlyn @Dorfwag @JokerDoflamingo

    By the way sheriffs have easy money, 1000G per /suicide.

    No way make 100 G per head and 20% for arrest in life and do this asap otherwise people will make too much money, 56k for 10 arrests is too much, and then 86k per 11th. It's ridiculous! If you kill a sheriff who arrested 21 people and sell his head, you'll get 5mln.

    I like all of this except for the rogue tracker distance. I'd like to see some changes to let sheriff know where the rogue is. I mean do you expect us to check every base when there is 1 rogue?
    This is absurd, let's abuse this for the time being ( jk )

    Also, how much money do we get for illegal items and drugs as a sheriff precise?

    I'm assuming sheriffs won't be allowed to do /kill and sell their own head over and over again. Well, apart from no PvP in mines, this is a great update. +1

    What a great update. However sheriffs should receive some type of alert as to where a player goes rogue at or we will never catch rogues. Other then that, this update is the best I've seen in quite some time. +1

    Ha I just tested. The sheriff heads are amazingly bugged. First of all, the way it highers is broken. It's way too much money after a sheriff arrest lots of player:
    1. 1000
    2. 1.500
    3. 2.250
    4. 3.375
    And for some reason it doesnt even work like that. How come my head is worth exactly 3k and not 3.375?
    Second of all: its broken. The value of the head stays after the sheriff's death, so I could say easy money. I tested it with @SoCool21 and it's completely broken, as sheriffs can just keep suiciding and earn easy money.

    My opinion on the update:

    Gear:
    I agree with this change, it was very hard to get good gear but now it is easier

    Ore processing:
    I rarely mine but I see this as a positive benefit to miners.

    Sheriff gear:
    :frowning::mad:

    Indian bow:
    I never really used but what does it mean by dazed @Mario ?

    Heads (Both sheriff and player):

    Finally, I thought this has been needed to updated for ages.

    Whiskey and Morphine:
    I still probably won't use as it just takes up space.

    Mines:

    While I know the most of the community wanted this, I just don't think it was the right move. It gives a way to make money with no risk at all?

    Chests:
    While I like this, I still think it is the wrong move. Doesn't this kind of make indian camps redundant? You can now get the best armour from chests with basically no risk or get the second best armour with skeletons shooting you.

    Bandit Tracker:
    Welp, no more hunting

    My rating: 6/10
    I just think some changes were nice but some things have just made aspects of wild west impossible and redundant.

    The diamond armor found in chests is always damaged and is also fairly rare. Also, indian camps are still the only area where bows and arrows are found.

    False. I found an almost full repaired diamond boots and chestplate today.

    For the record, doing /kill and selling your own head over and over again as a sheriff is not allowed, nothing to worry about there.

    Like socool said, any sheriff caught using /kill until a better solution is in place is in the wrong and will be dealt with accordingly.

    I like everything except the rogue tracker. 500 block radius? How are we suppose to catch rogues? This means rogues can easily escape being killed or arrested. Unless @Mario plans on extending the rogue timer.

    Don't agree with the bandit tracker removal. I feel the rogue Tracker should be uped to 2000 blocks, and the bandit tracker at 500. Other than that, pretty good update, well done mario.

    We can barely hunt rogues now :L. I feel that the bandit tracker should be added back for regular players.
