    HELLO I KEEP THIS SHORT HERE'S THE ISSUE:

    = CAN'T PLAY CTF

    Proposed fix:
    If server 1 reach 50 or 55 player, when game end, set limit to 40 (or 45).
    2 server running, one with 40, other with at least 15.

    If second server get less than 10ppl, set server 1 limit back to 50 or 55.

    Ez right?

    Just get a rank LAWL but on a serious note I think game size should be reduced, maybe when certain conditions are met but I personally don't like playing with a full 50+ player server because it's way too messy and hard both to cap and defend but I'm also a bit hesitant on the idea of reducing player size as generally most regs won't try as hard with smaller player sizes, so it's really about finding the balance between both scenarios in order to find a good player max size that will encourage competitive gameplay. Your proposed fix would be a good band-aid fix to ensure that there are at least 2 games up and running especially during peak periods when there's a large amount of players on CTF but something should be done about people teaming and I guess a desirable player size should be discussed and settled on so everyone has a chance to play and has fun playing!!! This issue of not being able to play when there's people online is a really annoying issue tho, lol.

    I definitely think even two servers of 25 are better than one of 50+. Maybe make a 4th server so there's always at least two open. That way if there's two servers, when one game ends it can be sent on to an empty server instead of merging it into the other active one.

    Great idea in my opinion. I don't think reducing the general size as others suggested would work to fix the issue of having 2 empty servers when one is full, the issue would actually just appear faster. And with the number of friendlies and people just talking to each other I believe keeping the limit to 50 to still have big games and implementing your idea is better. Usually, in 25 players games, very few people are playing and as an exemple even though I love to capture, I get bored and don't even try half the time since no one (exaggerating a bit) is defending.

    Implement an afk kick timer and tbh should mean there wouldn’t be 50 on the server (kick people who have been afk in spawn for 2 minutes) if server is full

    I like the idea, but since i'm more for a big party than small ones, what about this...
    Also allow VIP+ to join full server ... and after the server reaches 50/50, increase total count in intervals of 5 (until 5 new players join the game) for every 5 VIP+ in the game ... so what this does is VIP+ (or MVP+) do not count toward limiting the 50/50 max capacity of the game while still accurately showing the fullness of the server ... so if there are 10 VIP+ (or currently as is, MVP+) online, then there would be 10 extra spaces available on the sever (but first shown only as an extra 5, until those first 5 get filled)

    more fun for everyone ... keeping in mind afkers, teamers, and bigger maps nowadays

    For the "smaller servers, better server" argument, the game most often than not has a small-medium capacity of players ... so why should we limit it to this if we have more at a given crazy time (under the understanding that lag for extra players is not an issue for us) ... if anything this would be a more rare, special time to play and be exposed to the big community we r

    I supposed that the actual 50 player limit is set by the resources of the server, having too much would cause lag. So that's why I proposed something that won't increase too much the max number of player.

    But if the server can handle more than 50 then issue would also be solved.
